The Kitchen Cook position is part of the Food & Beverage department and reports to the Executive/Sous Chef. This role is primarily responsible for working in the main kitchen and in concessions to prepare food items for the facility. The cook will fulfill service requirements as per each Banquet Event Order (BEO) and maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, ensuring annual maintenance is performed. Creativity in designing buffet food presentations is essential, along with the ability to prepare recipes as directed and take direction well. A clean and safe working environment must be maintained at all times.
