ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Servicing customers. - Back room preparation of product ie., opening roast beefs, hams, etc. - Cleaning and sanitation of the equipment and work area. - Washing down cooler, which may require moving product and racks. - Putting away loads. - Loading product into the case. - Assist in the cheese bazaar area/ordering, set-up and put away loads. - Rewrapping product at the end of the night. - Restocking bread and snack racks in front of deli cases. - Load chicken oven/prepare sandwiches daily. - Clean Fry-O-Lators, Chicken Rotisserie and backroom area. - Other job functions as assigned or necessary PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 1.
