About The Position

Cleans and stocks public and/or service bars ensuring bartenders have necessary beverages and bar supplies on hand to service guests. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.

Nice To Haves

• Six months or more related experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stocks beverage outlets with wine, bottled beer and other beverages.
• Monitors pump room.
• Washes glasses, bar, and equipment and polishes bar fixtures.
• Restocks bar snacks.
• Cleans bar area including floors, counters and other surfaces.
• Removes empty bottles and trash.
• Performs all tasks in accordance with established policies and guest service standards.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
