About The Position

The PT Air Ramp Supervisor is responsible for supervising, training, and developing ramp employees at UPS. This role emphasizes safety, productivity, and attendance, while fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures. The supervisor will lead by example, providing effective leadership and cultivating relationships across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Meets local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains ramp employees, ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.

• Conducts orientation, skills training, and safety training for all department employees.
