About The Position

Our Therapy Aides are valued members of our clinic team, ensuring equipment and the clinic remain safe and clean for patients. They also support the front office team by answering phones, collecting copays, checking in patients, and communicating with patients and their family members. Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner

• Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience

• Flexibility to work varied shifts and possible weekends
