About The Position

The PT Administrative Assistant I at Stark State College of Technology plays a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of the college. In this role, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include financial record keeping, event planning, and coordination of meetings and conferences. The position also involves obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects as requested. The assistant will handle non-routine correspondence and manage highly confidential and sensitive information, requiring a high level of discretion and professionalism. Interaction with a diverse group of external stakeholders and internal contacts at all levels of the college is a key aspect of this role, making strong communication skills essential.
