Requirements

• Must be licensed or pre-licensed in Maryland as a: Licensed Certificated Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C) Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and coordinate referrals to additional services.
• Use evidence-based therapies, including motivational interviewing for co-occurring disorders.
• Flexible scheduling options.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner to meet program standards.
• Participate in weekly supervision, staff meetings, and trainings to improve your clinical skills and be a part of our ever-growing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Paid mandatory trainings and staff meetings.
• Ability to make extra income by volunteering for on-call duties.
