The Outpatient Mental Health Center - Westminster offers a wide variety of mental health and substance use services for clients of all ages. Specific responsibilities include: Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy. Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and coordinate referrals to additional services. Use evidence-based therapies, including motivational interviewing for co-occurring disorders. Flexible scheduling options. Complete documentation in a timely manner to meet program standards. Participate in weekly supervision, staff meetings, and trainings to improve your clinical skills and be a part of our ever-growing multi-disciplinary teams. Must be licensed in Maryland as a: Licensed Certificated Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C) Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) This is a W2 fee-for-service position. During the first 90 days, compensation will be paid at a flat rate, after which it will transition to the standard fee-for-service payment structure. LCSW-C & LCPC licensed therapists can expect a salaried rate of $54,588 annual in the first 90 days. After the first 90 days, providers can expect $64.77 for diagnostic assessments and $51.07 for 45 minutes follow up appointments. LMSW & LGPC licensed therapists can expect to earn $45,030.38 annual in the 90 days. After the first 90 days, providers can expect $52.51 for diagnostic assessments and $42.17 for 45 minutes follow up appointments. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, license and years and level of related experience. WHY SHEPPARD PRATT? Requirements
