Specifically we are looking for a therapist willing to see adults and/or couples presenting with a wide variety of concerns. Requirements

• Hold a Master's degree or above in clinical mental health, marriage and family therapy, or social work.
• Must be licensed to practice counseling in the state of Illinois.
• At least 1 year of experience in working in private practice, or other behavioral health center.
• Willing and able to work evenings and/or weekends to accommodate client needs.

Nice To Haves

• EMDR training is a huge plus!

Responsibilities

• Work with adults to enhance mental health, gain insights, and provide effective coping strategies.
• Maintain a caseload of 22 sessions per week, ensuring each client receives personalized and effective care.
• Use the DSM to diagnose accurately and plan appropriate treatment for clients.
• Uphold all professional and ethical responsibilities associated with your counseling license.
• Demonstrate an open mind and willingness to learn, appreciating diverse multicultural experiences.
