Psychotherapist II (LMSW)

Mindful Care
$65,000 - $72,500Remote

About The Position

Mindful Care is hiring New York State Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) to provide remote psychotherapy in a structured, supportive clinical environment. This role is designed for clinicians who enjoy a consistent schedule and working with a variety of patients... without the burden of managing administrative logistics on their own. You will be supported with built-in supervision, scheduling, and billing services, allowing you to focus on what matters most... patient care. This is a more structured and active clinical environment than traditional outpatient therapy. Clinicians who thrive here tend to enjoy consistency, collaboration, and a steady, supported workflow. We are building a care model that supports both our patients and our clinicians, creating a space where you can do meaningful work with structure, consistency, and support. If you are looking for a role where your day is predictable, your support system is built in, and you can stay focused on clinical care, this could be a strong fit.
