The Psychosocial Educator role is an opportunity to jump start a career in the mental health field. This position works within a team environment to provide clinical psychoeducation to Centerstone eligible program participants. The responsibility of this adult case manager position is to provide a broad array of services to a caseload of SPMI clients who meet eligibility criteria for adult day treatment program. This includes providing group and individual learning activities and support and completing appropriate documentation for all job requirements. Centerstone is a nonprofit health system providing mental health and substance use disorder treatments. Services are available nationally through the operation of outpatient clinics, residential programs, the use of telehealth and an inpatient hospital. Centerstone also features specialized programs for the military community, therapeutic foster care, children’s services and employee assistance programs.
