As a Psychometrist at Mind and Motion LLC, you will be responsible for providing neuropsychological and psychological assessments to a diverse patient population ranging from ages 0 to 90+. This role involves working with individuals who exhibit symptoms of various psychological conditions, including ADD/ADHD, ASD, ODD, learning disabilities, emotional adjustment issues, and traumatic brain injury. You will be expected to develop a thorough understanding of the practice's procedures and policies regarding psychological assessment, ensuring that you adhere to all confidentiality requirements and act in accordance with the company's values and mission. In this position, you will work under the management of the Psychometry Team Manager and under the close supervision of the Mental Health Clinical Director. Collaboration is key, as you will be part of a team-based environment, working closely with clinicians, other psychometrists, and administrative staff. You will need to fulfill the hourly requirements stipulated by your employment contract and contribute positively to the clinic's existing business solutions. Your responsibilities will include obtaining operant familiarity with administering and scoring various neuropsychological and psychological assessments. You will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in using basic Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite tools, as well as possess strong communication skills, particularly when interacting with developmentally challenged children. Organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions and report on tasks in the required format are essential for success in this role. Additionally, you must have reliable transportation to the clinic located in Johns Creek, GA, and show a commitment to your work experience, ideally with more than a year of relevant experience and referrals.
