About The Position
A Psychometrician Technician administers and scores psychological tests and assesses patient behavior in conjunction with our Clinical Psychologists. This individual must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and work with a wide range of patients from toddlers to older adults. The Psychometrician Technician easily engages in teamwork and collaboration in a manner consistent with Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) Mission and Values.
Requirements
- Two years of experience in a behavioral health, medical or related field in addition to one of the following : Four years’ experience in a psychology related field.
- Associate degree in psychology or related field.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must not be excluded from participation in any federally funded program, including Medicare and Medicaid.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field and experience as a psychometrician or a neuropsychometrician.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) at time of hire.
