Provides psychological testing in the areas of cognitive skills, personality, academic achievement, occupational/vocational interests, and the like. Provides written and verbal feedback of test results and behavioral observations to psychologists. Assists psychologists in treating patients referred for specific types of stress management and/or biofeedback therapies. Responsible for timely and accurately scoring of complex test protocols and making accurate pertinent behavior observations. Explains treatment rationale and procedures to patients to create realistic and positive expectations. Effectively and professionally communicates with and manages challenging patient situations and interacts with patients in a calm, sensitive, and empathetic way. Demonstrates computer literacy for psychophysiological evaluations, word processing, and storage and retrieval of data. Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development of the life span and assesses data reflective of the patient's status. Administers tests and coordinates functions in support of research protocols. This vacancy is not eligible for sponsorship / we will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position.
