About The Position

The Psychometric Specialist is responsible for designing, analyzing, and validating psychological tests with a focus on the statistical aspects of test development. This role involves writing psychometric statistical analysis plans and clinical trial PRO endpoint analyses, ensuring the reliability, validity, and responsiveness of instruments used in clinical research.

Requirements

• Expertise in psychometric analysis and instrument development.
• Strong background in statistical methods related to psychological testing.
• Experience in clinical trial endpoint analysis.
