About The Position
This position is located within the Center for Addictions Treatment (CAT5) program. The incumbent serves as a Psychology Program Manager for Center for Addictions Treatment (CAT-5) Program at the Martinsburg, WV, VA Medical Center. The Program Manager is responsible for the administrative efficiency, clinical integrity, and effectiveness of the CAT-5 Programs. Duties include overseeing large numbers of patients and programs within the CAT-5 Center in both inpatient and outpatient settings, development and implementation of programs, policies, and procedures, oversight of administrative and programmatic resources, and monitoring of outcomes using data-driven quality assurance processes. The role also involves coordinating with other Mental Health and non-Mental Health programs to ensure timely and effective access to care at all levels of the VAMHCS organization.
