About The Position
The Psychology Postdoctoral Fellow will be part of the Psych Administration department and is expected to engage in a full-time schedule. The Fellow will maintain accurate records and document case formulations, assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely, concise, and clear manner. Responsibilities include providing treatment services and clinical assessment for 20 hours per week, which encompasses individual and group psychotherapy, affidavit writing, and psychological assessment. The Fellow will attend multidisciplinary team meetings in assigned clinics and actively participate in clinical case consultation meetings. Additionally, the Fellow will gain clinical expertise in evidence-based practices and culturally responsive care, develop clinical expertise in specialty populations served in assigned clinics, and participate in mentored scholarly or research activities, such as serving as a study therapist or assessor, conducting data analysis, co-authoring manuscripts, or submitting for external funding.
