The Instructor’s duties include teaching, directing, and coordinating academic or academic-related activities. The Faculty member provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to gain employment in their chosen field of study by utilizing teaching skills, experience, and abilities to create a positive, nurturing, and effective classroom environment that actively engages and supports students in their program of study, ultimately leading to their retention and successful graduation. The instructor is assigned to a specific program based on their professional and educational qualifications and teaches a full-time load each term or module. Course: PSYC 2005 - Psychology of Emotion and Motivation 3.0 Semester Credits In this course, students will explore the intricate relationship between psychological processes, artistic expression, and the experience and portrayal of emotions and motivations in artwork. They will analyze the psychological mechanisms underlying human emotions and motivations, as a foundation for the creation of more impactful and evocative artwork. Students will also examine theories of emotion, emotional intelligence, motivation and creativity, and the intersection of emotion, motivation, and inspiration.
