About the position

The Columbus Organization is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our team in Eureka, California. Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and oversee psychological service protocols and interventions.
• Provide crisis intervention support in collaboration with county mental health agencies.
• Monitor psychotherapeutic services and ensure quality care for clients.
• Consult with case management, clinical teams, and community partners.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to plan and evaluate services.
• Assist with intake and eligibility reviews, including fair hearings.
• Train and mentor staff and community service providers.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Psychology and active California Psychologist License.
• 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist.
• 1+ year of working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience conducting psychological evaluations and assessments, including competency evaluations.
• Training and/or experience in Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) highly desired.
