Psychologist - School Based Health Center – Columbia – Days - Onsite Join a dynamic, interdisciplinary primary care team working with adolescents in a school-based health center. Provide individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, short-term intervention, and mental health outreach and education universal interventions. This position will be at one of NYP's School Based Health Clinics, which are located in the Marble Hill section of the Bronx, Harlem, Washington Heights and Inwood. Requirements

  • Doctorate degree in Psychology
  • New York State Limited Permit in Psychology
  • Ability to obtain New York State License in Psychology within 18 months of hire

Nice To Haves

  • New York State Department of Education Psychologist License
  • Previous experience working with adolescents
  • Competence working with multi-cultural communities
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • School-based mental health experience
  • Experience delivering care via telehealth platforms.
  • Training in trauma-informed treatment modalities
