Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Psychology.
• Licensed Psychologist by the Wisconsin Psychology Examining Board.
• Knowledge of DSM diagnostic standards, evidence -based treatment, and correctional mental health practices.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments, testing, and risk evaluations.
• Provide mental health treatment, monitoring, and crisis intervention.
• Determine placement or removal from observation or restraint status.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with DOC staff and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
