Requirements
- Active and unrestricted (PhD, PsyD) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- 2+ years licensed experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals, families and/or groups
Nice To Haves
- Experience evaluating adults and/or children in an outpatient clinical setting
- Experience with health psychology
- Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)
- Knowledge and experience in providing neuropsychological, CBT, and other evidence-based interventions
- Proven ability to work with a wide range of clinical presentations
- Proven ability to complete diagnostic assessments, general psychiatric testing, and provide direct therapy in an outpatient clinical setting
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, or family therapy sessions based on ethical and medical necessity guidelines; involve patient and/or family in treatment planning as appropriate
- Develop and coordinate a clinical treatment program for the diagnosis, treatment, or referral of patients presenting mental health conditions
- Lead crisis intervention methods and provide insight into the development of functional assessments and behavioral intervention plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Participate in our patient growth strategy by providing a profile for online directories and other marketing efforts
