Renown Health is northern Nevada's largest and only locally owned, not-for-profit integrated health network committed to meeting the health and wellness needs of our growing community and serving the surrounding Lake Tahoe and northeast California regions. Renown serves a population in excess of 750,000 in a 17-county area in northern Nevada, the Lake Tahoe area and northeastern California, and welcomes patients from 29 referring rural hospitals in a vast and isolated 80,000-square-mile catchment area. We are proud to be home to the area's only Children's Hospital, providing care and support locally to our area's children. We are currently in search of a Psychologist - Youth Behavioral Health with expertise in working with children and adolescents with chronic medical conditions. The position is embedded in the Renown Children's Hospital outpatient specialty clinics, working and collaborating with pediatric subspecialty physicians, patients with chronic medical conditions and their families. Our commitment is underlined by a supportive leadership structure, ensuring that patient-centric care remains paramount and integrated and multidisciplinary care models lead to holistic care. Moreover, we are proud to announce our collaboration with the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine, with an opportunity to work with and supervise learners at many levels within the healthcare team, including medical students, pediatric and psychiatry residents and child and adolescent psychiatry fellows.
