Corewell Health's Helen DeVos Children's Hospital, a nationally recognized hospital for child & adolescent behavioral health by the U. S. News and World Report, has a unique opportunity for a child psychologist to practice a mix of outpatient psychology and also embed into select primary care practices. The ideal candidate has training or experience in primary care and is excited to drive this new initiative. About this position: 50/50 split between general outpatient practice and embedded primary care psychology. Outpatient practice consists of conducting evaluations and therapy cases. Embedded primary care work would allow you to provide brief behavioral health consultations and solution-focused therapy to address primary health concerns (e.g., sleep, feeding, toileting, behavior concerns) early to reduce need for referral to outside care.
