About The Position

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is seeking part-time, bilingual (Spanish speaking) doctoral level Psychologists to join their Adult Outpatient Psychiatry services. This role involves providing compassionate outpatient behavioral health treatments, including individual and group psychotherapy, to a diverse patient population. The position offers the opportunity to work within a multi-disciplinary team and is affiliated with Harvard Medical School, providing academic appointments based on qualifications.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D or Psy.D).
• Fluency in Spanish (bilingual).
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health treatment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy to patients.
• Administer psychopharmacology as needed.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of Psychiatrists, Clinical Social Workers, and Psychologists.
• Utilize the fully integrated electronic medical record system (EPIC).
• Participate in teaching and training opportunities as a part of the Harvard Medical School affiliation.
