The Department of Pediatrics, Section of Developmental Pediatrics at the University of Colorado School of Medicine is seeking a full-time faculty member. This position will be at our Children's Hospital Colorado location at the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora and/or System of Care sites. Developmental Pediatrics provides a people-first, strength-based, neurodiverse affirming approach to developmental assessment, management, and intervention for children and youth with a wide array of developmental and behavioral challenges. Developmental Pediatrics is part of the Neuroscience Institute at Children's Hospital Colorado, which also includes Child Neurology and Neurosurgery. Clinicians in Developmental Pediatrics also work closely with Child Psychiatry, Genetics, Rehabilitation Medicine, Neurology, and Special Care Clinic, with ample collaborative opportunities. The Psychologist will provide neurodevelopmental evaluations, clinical behavioral assessment and intervention for children with developmental behavioral conditions including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, neurogenetic conditions, and developmental behavioral disabilities. In addition to clinical excellence, faculty is expected to demonstrate skills and efforts in the areas of clinical consultation, research/scholarship, consultation, and training related to developmental disabilities.
