Requirements

• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Iowa
• Eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Serve as a psychiatric hospitalist, providing inpatient care (including assessments, mediation management, and treatment planning), with the additional responsibility of seeing a limited number of patients in the outpatient clinic each day
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, p articipate in treatment team meetings and contribute to care coordination
• Join two physicians and two APPs in the clinic setting
• Patients range from ages 4-18
