Requirements

• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Iowa.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in a combination inpatient/outpatient role.
• Serve as a psychiatric hospitalist, providing inpatient care including assessments, medication management, and treatment planning.
• See a limited number of patients in the outpatient clinic each day.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to care coordination.
• Join two physicians and two APPs in the clinic setting.
• Care for patients ranging from ages 4-18.
