About The Position
The Psychiatrist / Regional Medical Leader reports directly to the National Medical Director. The ideal candidate has experience managing medical teams and embodies an ongoing growth mindset. A passion and commitment to healthcare and transforming the way we deliver accessible, evidence-based, and clinically population-based care to individuals affected by addiction is a must. This is a remote role. Responsibilities are 80% clinical/ 20% administrative. Clinical time will be spent in the direct provision of substance use disorder treatment services including MSUD and psychiatry. Administrative time includes direct and collaborative operations management: ensuring adequate market medical staffing, continuous quality improvement, medical team recruitment and onboarding, performance coaching, development and retention of medical team members, and cultivation of community referral partnerships.
