About The Position
Psychiatrist | Full Time Serenity Healthcare was founded by a psychiatrist with a simple belief: mental health care should go beyond routine medication management. We deliver evidence-based, outcomes-driven psychiatry by combining medication management with advanced treatments like TMS and ketamine therapy , all within a highly supported outpatient model. Our structure is intentionally designed so psychiatrists can focus on what matters most— excellent patient care , not administrative burden. Outpatient-only practice · 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio — exceptional clinical and administrative support · Flexible schedule (4–5 days/week) · Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision (90% coverage for you and your family) · 20 PTO days + 10 paid holidays · Collaborative, physician-led culture with a close-knit provider team · Access to a national network of Serenity psychiatrists and clinical leadership · Annual provider retreats to exotic locations like Maui and the Bahamas The Role As a psychiatrist at Serenity, you’ll practice at the top of your license in a supportive, innovative environment: · Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations · Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans · Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications · Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team · Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care · Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives No prior TMS or ketamine experience required — training and support provided. Qualifications · Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN) · Active state medical license or willingness to obtain · Unencumbered DEA license · Clean background · U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder · Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach · Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team About Serenity Healthcare Serenity Healthcare utilizes advanced, evidence-based treatments to help patients achieve meaningful, long-term improvement—especially those who have not responded to traditional approaches. Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
- Active state medical license or willingness to obtain
- Unencumbered DEA license
- Clean background
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
