About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join a well‑established outpatient behavioral health practice in the Tuscaloosa, Alabama area. This role offers a stable patient panel, strong clinical support, and a collaborative environment focused on delivering high‑quality, patient-centered care. Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completed residency in Psychiatry
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Active or eligible Alabama medical license
- Strong communication skills and commitment to collaborative practice

Responsibilities

- Participate in treatment planning and case discussions with the clinical team
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care focusing on patient outcomes and experience
