Requirements

  • MD or DO with active Pennsylvania medical license (or eligibility).
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified Psychiatrist
  • Must have DEA and Liability Insurance Certificate
  • Experience in both adult and child psychiatry
  • Enthusiasm for program development and interdisciplinary teamwork.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without accommodation

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality psychiatric evaluation and treatment for adults and adolescents who experience mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, nurses, peer specialist, and crisis staff
  • Help shape clinical workflows, best practices, and innovative approaches within this first of its kind program
  • Serve as a clinical leader and resource for nursing and behavioral health staff.
  • Contribute to a culture that values compassion, teamwork, and clinical excellence.
