Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
  • Active or eligible for Texas medical license
  • Commitment to patient-centered psychiatric care

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to inpatient and outpatient populations including diagnosis, treatment, and management of mental health disorders
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, APPs, nursing, therapists, and support staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
  • Manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities efficiently in a hospital setting
  • Document patient care thoroughly using Cerner EMR system
