The role offers flexible full-time work schedules, including hybrid models with on-site and telehealth options, focusing 100% on outpatient work with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. Compensation includes unlimited/uncapped earnings and a full benefits package. Psychiatrists will work in a collegial environment with newly designed, modern offices, receiving full administrative support for scheduling and billing, and utilizing the latest in digital technology, all contributing to a strong work/life balance. LifeStance is a national provider of mental healthcare services, delivering evidenced-based, medically driven treatment for children, adolescents, and adults with various mental health issues in an outpatient setting, both in-person and via telemedicine. Responsibilities
- Provide evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents and adults suffering from a variety of mental health issues in an outpatient care setting, both in-person at its clinics nationwide and through its digital health telemedicine offering.
