About The Position

LifeStance Health is seeking Adult Psychiatrists to join our clinical team. We offer a flexible work environment with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. The position involves 100% outpatient work, with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends required. We provide the flexibility of telemedicine and in-person consultations, along with a generous compensation package that includes unlimited earnings potential. The compensation range is between $395,000 and $435,000, and we also offer a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401k plan with matching contributions. Requirements

• Fully licensed in Rhode Island.
• Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC).
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Experience in both medication management and therapy.
