About The Position

Psychiatric provider to provide psychiatric assessments and medication management for our In-Home Mental Health (IHMH) program. All visits are completed virtually for patients. The IHMH program serves community members in King County who receive Medicaid. All participants in the program see a IHMH case manager who assists with behavioral health treatment and case management. Role includes medication management (including refills and coordination with pharmacies), as well as consultation with IHMH team. Oversight provided by EvergreenHealth Medical Director with support from IHMH operational leadership.
