About The Position

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Psychiatrist - Outpatient Clozapine Clinic to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County. Opportunity Details: Clinical lead of a new Clozapine clinic and is responsible for all aspects of patient care on the team, including safety and quality.

Requirements

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry.
Active New York State Medical License.

Responsibilities

Complete admission assessment, with a focus on comprehensive risk assessment for all new intakes, and re-assessment of patients in a timely fashion consistent with policy.
Complete treatment plan documentation consistent with policy and appropriate to patients' risk level.
Participate in Performance Improvement, Quality Assurance and Clinical pertinence activities.
Participate in utilization review and management and maintain focus on patient experience, access to care, and operational efficiency.

Benefits

Annual Base Salary: $267,900 (board eligible); $278,200 (board certified) based on 40-hour work week.
Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $398,690 (board eligible) and $410,020 (board certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401 (k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:
Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $104,000.
Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
