About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking Adult and Child Psychiatrists to join our clinical team in North Carolina. We offer a flexible work environment with both full-time and part-time options available. The position involves 100% outpatient work, with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends required. We provide both telemedicine and in-person flexibility, ensuring a strong work/life balance. Our compensation is generous and above market, with unlimited earnings potential ranging from $310,000 to $400,000, along with a $25,000 sign-on bonus for full-time providers. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401k plan with matching, paid parental leave, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
