We’re on the lookout for a Psychiatric Technician to join our dynamic Residential Program (CRR) in Bethlehem, PA. If you’re driven, compassionate, and ready to change lives, this is your moment! The Psychiatric Technician will: ensure the safety of clients at all times by completing safety checks and observing client throughout shift. assist/monitor that clients complete and follow through with personal hygiene, up-keep of personal space, completion of daily chores, and cook/prep meal, etc. transport clients to individual outings, meaningful outings, and doctor's appointments, etc. complete electronic charting by end of shift daily. attend staff meetings as scheduled. assist Manager in shift coverage/mandating as needed. observe residents taking prescribed medications. Earn $16.25 per hour An additional $2 per hour is available with the selection of our Enhanced Pay option! Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Must be able to work full time hours, Sunday through Thursday 3p-11p
