About The Position
This position is responsible for supporting the provision of patient care through hands-on delivery of care, communication, teamwork, and role modeling. This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including child through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. This position requires floating to other units to provide patient care for a behavior health crisis. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals, and direction of the Performance Improvement Process / Patient Safety Plan at Blessing Hospital.
