Psychiatric Shift Unit Supervisor

Coordinates clinical functions within the assigned specialty group. Supports and enforces established departmental policies and procedures, standards, objectives, quality improvements, safety, environment of care and infection control guidelines. Performs duties in any nursing capacity as needed. Assists nurses in each unit with hard-to-deal with issues and coordinates admissions and discharges. Is the on-site supervisor for all go-to-issues by staff and patients. This position may require flexibility of hours.
