Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and internal/external care teams to coordinate psychiatric and medical treatment. Support individuals served through recovery-based, person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally competent nursing care. Conduct psychiatric and health assessments, screenings, AIMS testing, and ongoing monitoring of treatment progress. Lead and support medication administration, monitoring, and pharmaceutical management under appropriate clinical oversight. Identify and respond to emergency or crisis situations using accepted clinical and crisis intervention practices. Participate in treatment planning, goal setting, care coordination, and referrals to community resources. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Participate in audits, reporting, staff meetings, and quality, safety, and satisfaction initiatives. May provide clinical supervision and support for LPNs, including performance oversight and coaching. Participate in on-call nursing coverage as assigned, including emergency response.
