About The Position
The Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) Care Manager is responsible for monitoring and managing residential level of care services related to mental health and substance abuse treatment. This role involves ensuring medical necessity and effectiveness of care, providing crisis intervention, developing discharge plans, and coordinating with various healthcare providers to facilitate patient care. The position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to advocate for patients and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
