Our PACT-Y team provides intensive, wraparound support for youth and young adults with serious mental health challenges, ensuring care is youth-guided, family-driven, and trauma-informed. Role Overview As a Psychiatric Registered Nurse on our PACT-Y team, you will play a vital role in promoting health and wellness for youth in home and community settings. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including clinicians, vocational specialists, and peer mentors—to deliver integrated care that supports recovery and resilience.

Requirements

  • Current Massachusetts RN license (unencumbered).
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (psychiatric or youth-focused preferred).
  • CPR certification required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, community-based setting.
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends and respond to urgent needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide medication administration (oral and IM), monitoring, and education.
  • Conduct health assessments and monitor for side effects or contraindications.
  • Coordinate medical care with primary care and specialty providers.
  • Support youth and families in developing healthy lifestyle habits.
  • Participate in daily team meetings and treatment planning.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with DMH and agency standards.
