About The Position
We are seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide ongoing psychiatric services within residential and post -acute care settings. This position emphasizes continuity of care, clinical autonomy, and collaborative practice in a non -acute environment serving adult and geriatric populations.
Requirements
- Board -certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Active, unrestricted state license
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical judgment skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long -term care, skilled nursing, or residential settings a plus
- Prior psychiatric nursing or advanced -practice experience
- Geriatric psychiatry exposure preferred but not required
