Requirements
- Board -certified Psychiatric NP
- Active, unrestricted state license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with geriatric, long -term care, or post -acute populations preferred but not required
- Prior psychiatric nursing or advanced practice experience in residential or institutional settings is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and routine follow -up visits
- Prescribe, adjust, and monitor psychotropic medication regimens
- Collaborate with on -site clinical teams and communicate with family members as appropriate
- Deliver compassionate, patient -centered, and trauma -informed psychiatric care
- Complete clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
