We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our community mental health team in Salem, Oregon. This part-time position (.50–.75 FTE) offers flexibility, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to provide meaningful psychiatric care to children and adults in a community-based setting. This role is well-suited for clinicians looking to balance clinical work with other professional or personal commitments while remaining deeply engaged in mission-driven care. The PMHNP provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and limited psychotherapy services for clients receiving community mental health services. Working as part of an interdisciplinary team, the PMHNP supports individuals and families in addressing mental health, substance use, and related social needs through trauma-informed and collaborative care. Primary responsibilities include initial and ongoing psychiatric assessments, medication management, treatment planning, and clinical consultation with therapists and QMHPs.
