Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred.

• Familiarity with integrated care models.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adults with mental health and addiction-related conditions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
