We are currently seeking a Full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our clinical team in California. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the fastest-growing behavioral health practice group in the country, where you will have the flexibility to treat patients in a manner that aligns with your professional style. As a Nurse Practitioner with us, you will have the autonomy to determine the extent of psychotherapy you wish to provide, as well as the ability to curate your own caseload and the number of patients you wish to see. Our organization offers a competitive compensation package based on productivity, with uncapped earning potential ranging from $200,000 to $250,000. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus, a Clinician Long Term Incentive Program, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401K with a 4% match. We offer both part-time and full-time options, yearly funds towards association or license dues, a CME allowance, and paid paternity leave. Malpractice insurance is also provided to ensure our clinicians can focus on delivering quality care without additional concerns. The position is based in Beverly Hills, CA, with multiple locations throughout the area to facilitate easier commuting. Our beautifully designed offices are thoughtfully laid out to create a welcoming environment. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with weekends being optional, allowing for a flexible schedule that accommodates work/life balance and personal commitments. We are looking for Nurse Practitioners who are licensed in California, PMHNP certified, and have at least one year of independent psychiatric nurse practitioner experience, particularly with adult and/or child and adolescent populations. Experience in both medication management and therapy is also essential for this role.
