Requirements
- Licensed in Arizona with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification.
- Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- At least 2 years experience and able to prescribe independently.
- Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.
